Communication Bridge

There is a common gap between executives and data teams in many organisations (in both government and private sectors): lack of understanding of the time and effort required for data projects and, more critically, a lack of foundational data literacy. These limit effective communication, leading to missed opportunities and reduced impact of data-driven strategies.
Investing in basic data literacy for management, promoting clear communication of project needs and timelines (through concrete examples), and establishing structured check-ins can help to address this. It’s only by fostering a shared understanding that organisations can unlock the full potential of their data and drive “sustainable” growth.
